How Do You Order Textiles Through Us?

All our Textiles to Order are some we bring home from abroad from the many textile manufacturers we have contact with throughout Europe. It can be anything from silk from Bennett Silks from England, to wool from Carnet or Scabal from Italy. We can get most things ordered home, so if there is something specific you need that you can't find on our website, we can probably find it for you elsewhere.

If the fabrics are available on our website, you can just put them in the basket just like all our other beautiful textiles. When checking out, you must then choose whether you want to collect your goods from our store or have them sent directly to your home.

Ordering these items home from abroad means that there is a higher cost in the form of freight, customs, etc. This will be charged at checkout, regardless of whether you choose to collect your ordered items from us in store or have them sent to your home .

When you have placed your order, we order the fabrics (it usually takes up to two weeks to arrive) and notify your email when they have arrived. Then we will either send them on to you or have them ready for you for collection in store!

If you have chosen to collect your goods from the store, but choose not to collect them within a month without notifying us as to why, we will put the goods up for sale. We, sadly, don't have enough storage space to function as a storage hotel as well!
